Shipping :
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We currently offer FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more shipped within the US. International shipping charges are calculated after at the checkout, and quoted on an individual basis.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Q: What if the order is lost in the mail?
A: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we can ship a replacement free of charge.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address is correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost package.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders CANNOT be canceled after they are placed as payment is processed automatically!
Q: Can I return my product?
A: We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
