      Product

      You have 4 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address)

      Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes on your order within 4 hours of placing by going to "Contact US" and creating a ticket, or reaching our customer support here. When it is more than 4 hours after placing an order, Printerval refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.

      It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. Printerval takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues 
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

       

      Exceptions / non-returnable items 
      Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as face masks, mugs, or custom products) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

       

      Exchanges 
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

       

      Refunds 
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      Shipping

      We currently offer FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more shipped within the US. International shipping charges are calculated after at the checkout, and quoted on an individual basis

      → It depends on where you are. Orders will take 5-7 days to arrive in United States.

      We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout

      For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we can ship a replacement free of charge.


      We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address is correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost package.
